To serve four people, you will need:
-4 good nectarines
-20 cl of smooth white wine
-4 egg yolks
-150 gr powdered sugar
-10 cl of sour cream
It takes about 30 minutes to prepare.
-First, clean the nectarines and cut them into small pieces after you take out the seeds. Then, mix the nectarines with the lemon juice.
-Pour the egg yolks and the sugar in a pan. Whisk them well until you get a white and homogenous mixture.
-Double-boil the pan and pour the white wine inside. Whisk everything for about 5 minutes until you obtain a creamy Zabaione looking mixture.
-Whisk the sour cream in another pan until you get a nice Chantilly that you will pour into the Zabaione afterwards.
-Put the nectarines into 4 ramekins and lay some Zabaione on them. After that, grill them until they have a golden color. When all that is done, your nectarines gratin is ready to be served.
