Delices and Gourmandises orange nonnettes

What you need:
Mix equal parts of rye flour, wheat flour, wholemeal flour and oatmeal to get 500g of flour. In addition, you will need:
– 500gr of liquid honey
– 30gr of brown sugar
– 25cl of semi-skimmed milk
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon of anise powder
– 2 pinches of allspice
– 2 tablespoon of orange blossom
– 1/2 c. teaspoon salt
– 1 large orange marmalade jar
Boil the milk. Remove from heat and add the honey and stir until completely dissolved. Preheat oven to 150°C.
In a large bowl, pour the flour, brown sugar, yeast, salt and all spices and mix well. Pour the hot milk and orange blossom and beat until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Pour the cake batter into the molds up to ¾. Place a spoonful of orange marmalade on each muffin. Bake for about 1h30.
